Chelsea Football Club is a professional
English football club based in Fulham, West London. Chelsea was founded
in 1905 and thankfully for them have been playing in the top tier of
football since then. Chelsea have been English champions three times,
won the FA Cup five times and the UEFA Cup twice. Although Chelsea won
several cup competitions during the 1960's and 1970's they did not win
anything until 1997.
Chelsea's ground is Stamford Bridge which has a capacity of over 42,000
and in 2003 the club was bought by Russian Roman Abramovich.
