Blackburn Rovers info
Blackburn Rovers are an English Premier League team based in Blackburn, Lancashire. Blackburn are one of only three football teams to be founder members of both the Football League (1888) and the Premier League. In 1890 Blackburn moved to its permanent home at Ewood Park.
In 1995, Blackburn became league champions, having spent a rather large fortune on top rate players like Alan Shearer (who remains Blackburns leading scorer) and Chris Sutton.
